As an Audio & Video (AV) Presales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, design innovative AV solutions, and ensure successful project implementation. Your role will involve engaging with clients, developing proposals, and collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless projects. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the presales process. - Design and develop innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry standards. - Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, system designs, and cost estimates. - Engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct site surveys, and present AV solutions. - Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, products, and trends, with a focus on LED signage solutions. - Provide training and support to sales and technical teams on AV solutions and technologies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of designs, proposals, and customer interactions. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AV technologies are a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV system design and presales support. - Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Experience with LED signage is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
