Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Fidelity International (FIL) within the Customer Growth & Retention Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying strategies to accelerate revenue generated from Prospects, Investors, and Members. Your goal will be to attract new prospects and retain customers to become their Pension and Investment Platform of choice. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Programmatic Display and Native advertising strategy to generate and cultivate prospect demand for new prospect acquisition. - Collaborate closely with Brand & Acquisition Campaign, Site Performance, and Product Marketeers to analyze customer data and behavior for identifying acquisition opportunities within display. - Plan, execute, and optimize Programmatic Display and Native campaigns in conjunction with the digital agency to maximize visibility, efficiencies, and new customer conversion rates. - Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency, aligning ads with brand messaging and audience interests. - Manage the relationship with the digital agency to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Display and Native activity. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of technical expertise in running display campaigns with a proven track record of driving results and campaign efficiency. - Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools like Adobe Analytics and Power BI to monitor product performance and derive data-driven insights for optimization. - Effective communicator with experience in presenting strategies and building relationships to collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, spot innovation opportunities, and address performance gaps. - Experience in upskilling others would be advantageous. - Industry experience in Financial Services and understanding of UK FCA compliance requirements would be beneficial.
