As a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Google and Meta Ads, your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your hands-on experience with international clients or global projects, along with a strong background in digital marketing agencies, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive performance outcomes such as lead generation, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Handle international clients or projects, ensuring alignment with global market strategies.
- Allocate and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and events (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Mandatory experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing international clients or global campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
