Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Lead at QuizKart, you will be responsible for developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the company. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to ensure consistency across all digital marketing channels and driving efforts to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously iterate and design A/B tests for different creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Manage and review daily account responsibilities on various paid advertising platforms.
- Plan and control the digital performance marketing budget by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Work with campaign teams to plan successful campaigns focusing on audience, product, and placements.
- Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
- Review and optimize the design and content of online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources and campaigns.
- Analyze reports from multiple ad channels, Google Analytics, and MMP to drive insights and opportunities.
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels.
- Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Share funnel conversion improvement ideas and results with management.
- Manage the Digital Marketing Team.
- Demonstrate knowledge around fraud prevention across web and app.
In terms of Organic Growth, your responsibilities will include:
- Proficiency with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Test ads across devices to ensure the best branding and user experience.
- Optimize organic social posts for content and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments on social posts.
- Work with internal stakeholders to promote announcements.
- Manage community engagement, growth, and optimization.
- Create compelling social media content and campaigns to grow the digital community.
- Interact with online audiences and deepen engagement across social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage on social media channels, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates who can join on priority and are from Delhi/NCR are preferred.
