Job Description

As a Digital Performance Marketing Lead at Jetpac, you will be responsible for driving the paid growth engine across various digital channels. Your role will demand a combination of being data-obsessed and creative, requiring hands-on campaign execution skills while also being strategic enough to shape the growth direction. Here is an overview of your key responsibilities: - Develop and execute a high-impact performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, programmatic, and other key channels - Own customer acquisition metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and retention, continuously optimizing for them - Run full-funnel campaigns for different user cohorts, geographies, and product lines - Scale campaigns profitably with a data-driven mindset while managing channel-specific budgets Additionally, you will need to: - Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms, audiences, creatives, and geos - Set up robust tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure - Run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing - Proven experience scaling acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other major platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and attribution models - Experience managing multi-country or multi-lingual campaigns is a big plus - Strong analytical skills and fluency with ad platforms and data tools Preferred experience includes: - Prior experience in a tech startup or high-growth DTC brand - Background in travel, telecom, or fintech verticals - Familiarity with eSIM or digital telco space - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 - Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker You will be offered: - Competitive salary and excellent performance-based incentives - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible work arrangements with remote or hybrid options - Career growth and professional development opportunities Circles, the parent company of Jetpac, is a global technology company reimagining the telco industry with its innovative SaaS platform.
