Job Description
As a Lead People Partner, you will be responsible for owning People Operations and serving as a strategic HR partner to both business and technology teams. Your role will involve developing scalable people processes, enhancing the company culture, and facilitating growth within a dynamic AI/SaaS setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of end-to-end HR operations, which encompass onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance
- Leading performance management efforts, setting goals, and facilitating feedback cycles
- Collaborating with organizational leaders to drive talent development, boost engagement, and enhance retention rates
- Establishing and upholding HR policies, documentation, and systems
- Assisting in workforce planning and organizational scaling projects
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably with prior experience as a People Partner or HRBP
- Have a background in tech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of People Operations and HR systems
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management
Moreover, experience with HRMS/HRIS tools such as Zoho, Keka, or similar platforms will be advantageous in executing your responsibilities effectively.
