Pega Solution Architect

As an Enterprise/ Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leveraging your 15+ years of IT experience, with a focus of at least 8+ years working as a Pega architect on Pega version 7 or higher. Your expertise in Pega's frameworks such as Customer service, CLM, Smart Dispute, CDH, and in-depth understanding of Case management, security, integration, data pages, reporting, UI, and Exception handling will be crucial. You should be proficient in building workflows and demos efficiently by utilizing the OOTB rules. Additionally, experience in Enterprise application development and hands-on experience with Pega are essential for this role. Your role will also involve exposure to Pega upgrade, cloud migration, Agile methodology or Pega Express, and using Pega's tools like AUT, Scenario testing, PDM, PDC, and Profiler. Knowledge of Pega's latest features including Gen AI, Agentic, and Blueprint will be advantageous. Effective communication skills are key, along with familiarity with other BPM tools like Appian, Camunda, and Flowable. Moreover, you will be expected to architect and implement solutions of varying scales, conduct design architect review, gap analysis, and assessments as needed, and drive solution development. Your proficiency in domain/business knowledge and understanding will be valuable assets in this role.
