As an experienced Project Manager with previous payroll project experience, you will be responsible for working on payroll and M&A projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading all aspects of project management planning, delivery, budgeting, and transition to service.
- Directly leading Payroll projects ensuring successful delivery.
- Utilizing your at least 5 years of Payroll Project Management experience to deliver, manage, and control projects with significant dependencies.
- Working in a global organization and across functional boundaries to ensure project success.
- Applying your experience in both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
- Demonstrating excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
- Maintaining an agile and win-win collaborative mindset.
- Utilizing your well-developed organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Your objectives will include:
- Acting as IT Project Manager with responsibility for IT deliverables in collaboration with the M&A team, HR project lead, and HR and IT teams to achieve project objectives.
- Agreeing and executing the delivery plan through hands-on day-to-day management of activities.
- Proactively managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, including maintaining the Risk and Issues and Decisions (RAID) log, Project status reporting, IT governance, and project financial management processes.
- Implementing effective project controls for driving delivery, scope management, stakeholder management, communications, plans, and audit readiness.
- Supporting impact assessment of scope change requests.
- Compiling project lessons learned and completing project closure activities.
