Job Description
As an experienced Payroll Specialist, your role will involve managing end-to-end payroll operations for our esteemed Pharma client. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee master data in payroll and HR systems, executing the Maker role in payroll processing, and conducting various validations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate employee master data in payroll & HR systems
- Executing Maker role in payroll processing and validations
- Preparing MIS, payroll reports, JVs, variance & reconciliations
- Reconciling payroll, finance records & statutory filings
- Supporting annual increments & payroll impact analysis
- Managing internal, external & statutory payroll audits
- Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.)
- Resolving payroll tickets within defined TATs
- Driving process improvements & payroll automation initiatives
To excel in this role, you should have 810 years of payroll experience, preferably in the pharma or regulatory sector. Additionally, you should possess:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ascent & Darwinbox
- Expertise in Indian statutory compliances & payroll taxation (TDS)
- Experience in payroll audits & reconciliations
Qualifications required for this position include an MBA / PGDM in HR or Finance.
