Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist at Mitratech, you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of Payroll Operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end Payroll processing and payroll administrative tasks for India, and coordinating with the payroll vendor.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing by interfacing with the payroll vendor, providing payroll inputs, auditing vendor output, and managing the vendor according to the agreed-upon payroll calendar.
- Handling full & final settlements process for exit employees and addressing employee queries related to payroll.
- Coordinating with vendors for payroll-related queries and closing tasks within agreed timelines.
- Generating statutory liabilities reports such as PF, ESIC & PT for remittance on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
- Utilizing your 4+ years of experience in handling Payroll for India and strong payroll industry expertise to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data.
- Applying your knowledge of labor law requirements across multiple jurisdictions and maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all payroll information.
- Demonstrating proficiency in MS-Excel and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to analyze labor law requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven expertise in payroll operations and data analytics
- Proficiency in MS-Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
