OSS E2E Designer

As an OSS End-to-End Designer, your role involves defining and shaping the overall system design aligned with business and technical objectives, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance with industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - **System Design & Architecture:** - Define how the overall OSS system should be built, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategies. - Drive end-to-end solution design across multiple domains and platforms. - **API Design & Integration:** - Develop scalable API definitions based on TMF Open APIs and industry best practices. - Ensure interoperability and seamless integration across OSS/BSS systems. - **UX & Product Alignment:** - Contribute to UX design thinking to enhance usability and meet end-user needs. - Collaborate with product teams to ensure solutions deliver business value. - **Collaboration & Coaching:** - Work closely with architecture, development, and product teams to shape solutions. - Coach and mentor team members on API design, technical architecture, and best practices. - **Innovation & Standards:** - Stay updated on emerging technologies, OSS frameworks, and TM Forum standards. - Promote design consistency and adherence to enterprise architecture principles. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in OSS/BSS solution design and system architecture. - Expertise in API design (preferably TMF Open APIs) and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking. - Hands-on experience with ML concepts and technical design methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a product-oriented mindset. The company prefers candidates with knowledge of cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
