Job Description
You are an experienced Oracle HR Consultant who will be responsible for supporting Human Resources operations and optimizing systems at Lamprell. Your primary role will involve bridging the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess solid hands-on experience with core Oracle HR modules including Human Resources (HRMS), Payroll, and Self-Service (SSHRA). Knowledge of OTL (Time and Labor) or Absence Management is a plus.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches.
- Configure and customize Oracle HR workflows, Fast Formulas, and personalizations to meet business requirements.
- Ensure the system complies with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in testing and implementing Oracle upgrades or new features.
Qualifications Required:
- Total IT experience of 515 years, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle HRMS/HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes such as Payroll, Recruitment, and Employee benefits.
- Experience with Oracle XML Publisher/BI Publisher for HR reports is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work from Chennai, India.
