Oracle Architect

As a Platform Architect, your role involves ensuring platform alignment with the business strategy, providing consultative technical leadership to the platform team, and creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture. You will also be responsible for providing architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions, resolving technical escalations, and participating in process workshops. Additionally, you will assist in migrating configuration across instances and oversee the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations while ensuring the security of the Now Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy - Provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team - Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture - Provide architectural controls for delivering business solutions - Resolve technical escalations and respond to defects - Participate in process workshops - Assist in migrating configuration across instances - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations - Ensure the security of the Now Platform Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - ServiceNow Certified, preferably in ServiceNow Application Developer, CSM Implementation Specialist (CIS), Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA) - ITIL Foundations Certification preferred - Total 12+ years of experience with 8+ years of relevant work experience - Architectural experience with ServiceNow - Willingness to work in shifts - Experience in Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow projects - Ability to define and manage complex process and/or product issues - Experience writing technical functional specifications - Experience in integrating AI into work processes - Strong understanding of ITIL concepts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: - Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform - Experience in both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Practical experience setting up ServiceNow API's and MID servers - Familiarity with Web Technologies and relational databases - End-to-end delivery experience of ServiceNow integration with third-party systems - Strong conflict management and negotiation skills - Ability to train and support others - Organizational skills and high energy self-starter - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Working knowledge of business value justification and financial modeling - Understanding of vendor management principles and procedures.
