Job Description

As the Social Media & Website Content Manager at EC International Group in Asia, your role will involve managing and developing the company's digital visibility, website content, and social media presence in Asian markets. Your primary mission will be to enhance online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support business development through tailored digital content for Asian audiences. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's SEO strategy, website content, and B2B social media communication across Asia. **Key Responsibilities:** - **SEO Strategy & Digital Visibility** - Develop and implement a multi-country SEO strategy for Asian markets through strategic keyword research - Enhance organic visibility on search engines in Asia - Execute netlinking initiatives, including a backlink acquisition strategy - Monitor SEO performance and optimize content continuously - Identify opportunities to bolster the company's digital positioning in Asian markets - **Website Content Management Asia** - Publish and manage localized content on Asian versions of the website - Maintain a regular publishing schedule of three content pieces per week - Ensure proper content structure and basic SEO optimization - Monitor website performance and engagement metrics - **Social Media Management Asia** - Define and execute the company's B2B social media strategy in Asian markets - Plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives - Manage and enhance the company's presence on professional and regional platforms - Create engaging content to boost brand visibility and audience growth - Build and oversee a professional community across digital platforms and industry forums - **Paid Social Campaigns** - Manage paid campaigns on regional platforms such as WeChat Ads, Weibo Ads, Line Ads, and Naver Ads - Optimize campaign targeting and budgets - Track campaign performance and ROI - **Website Content Creation & Optimization** - Develop and manage the editorial content calendar - Update static website pages and create high-value articles - Produce customer case studies and success stories - Enhance SEO performance and user experience - **Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis** - Monitor technology and industry trends in Asian markets - Analyze competitors' digital strategies - Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations - **Cross-Regional Coordination** - Collaborate with the European marketing team - Align regional content with global marketing strategy - Offer insights on local market trends and user behavior - Contribute to enhancing content workflows **Profile Required:** - 25 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or content marketing - Proficiency in managing website content through CMS like WordPress - Strong background in SEO strategy and digital visibility development - Experience in social media management and digital campaigns - Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics - Interest in industrial technologies or manufacturing sectors - Ability to work in an international environment **Key Skills:** - SEO strategy and keyword research - Content writing and editorial planning - Website content management - B2B social media marketing - Digital analytics - Communication and storytelling skills **Languages:** - English: professional working proficiency - Knowledge of one or more Asian languages is advantageous Join EC International Group in this challenging role and contribute to enhancing the company's digital presence across Asia.
