Job Title: Export Executive / Export Manager Food Products
Qualification: MBA (Preferred: MBA in International Business / Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end export operations for food products.
* Coordinate with international buyers, distributors, and logistics partners.
* Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Health Certificates, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and country-specific requirements.
* Handle negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with overseas clients.
* Monitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain communication with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies.
* Develop new export markets and expand global customer base.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
* Resolve export-related operational issues and maintain records for audits.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of food product export regulations (FSSAI, APEDA guidelines, etc.).
* Hands-on experience in documentation & international logistics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Experience:
* Prior experience in export of food products is mandatory (Minimum 35 years preferred).
