Job Description: As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Non-IT / Non-Technical positions. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and job specifications, sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, references, and internal databases. Your key responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, negotiating salary, and closing positions within defined timelines. It will also be essential for you to maintain recruitment trackers and databases, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
