Network Security Engineer

As a Network Security Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage firewall systems, hybrid networks, and IP address management. You will be required to implement updates, policy changes, and routine firewall configurations. Additionally, you will support cloud connectivity and private networking in Azure. It will also be part of your duties to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain centralized logs and network architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage firewall systems, hybrid networks, and IP address management - Implement updates, policy changes, and routine firewall configurations - Support cloud connectivity and private networking in Azure - Document SOPs and maintain centralized logs and network architecture Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security In this role, you will also be responsible for resolving escalated service issues and network/application faults. You will monitor and optimize VPNs, routing, and switching performance. Ensuring secure and scalable on-prem/cloud network configurations will be another crucial aspect of your job. Furthermore, you will be expected to research and recommend security architecture best practices.
