.NET Maui Developer

As a Senior .NET MAUI Developer at Hanna instruments, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance cross-platform mobile and desktop applications using Microsoft's .NET MAUI framework. Your role will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI. - Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code in C# and XAML. - Implementing MVVM architecture, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL services. - Implementing local storage solutions such as SQLite, Secure Storage, and Preferences. - Developing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications including device scanning, GATT service interaction, data parsing, and background communication handling. - Collaborating with UI/UX teams to build responsive and intuitive interfaces. - Performing platform-specific customizations for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS when required. - Debugging cross-platform issues and optimizing performance (memory management, threading, UI rendering). - Conducting code reviews and participating in Agile development processes. - Contributing to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation for mobile applications. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in .NET MAUI and mobile development best practices. Mandatory Skills: - 6+ years of mobile application development experience. - Strong experience in Xamarin.Forms with hands-on experience in .NET MAUI development or migration projects. - Proficient in C#, .NET 6/7/8, and XAML. - Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and dependency injection (Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection). - Experience in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) application development. - Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and multi-threading. - Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data. - Experience with cross-platform mobile development (Android, iOS) and desktop (Windows/macOS). - Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (Bitbucket or Azure DevOps). - Experience with Visual Studio and MAUI development tools.
