- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: You should have 20-25 years of experience in sales leadership within home finance or financial services.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational skills are essential for this role.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop effective sales strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations is necessary.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
