As a Motion Graphics Designer with Generative AI Skills at Propenu, you will play a key role in creating captivating content by combining motion design with AI tools. Your primary focus will be on producing visually appealing promotional videos, ad creatives, and social media content that are not only engaging but also leave a lasting impression on the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging motion graphics videos for various platforms such as ads, social media, and brand campaigns. - Develop short-form content including Reels, Shorts, YouTube ads, and performance creatives. - Utilize Generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, Sora, and ChatGPT to enhance ideation, design, and video production processes. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling. - Design animated explainers, app walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns that resonate with the target audience. - Ensure consistency with Propenus brand identity across all creative outputs. Required Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Experience in motion graphics, typography, transitions, and storytelling. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools mentioned in the job description. - Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. - Understanding of social media content trends on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ads. Good to Have: - Background in real estate, marketplace, or startup branding. - Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D. - Ability to create viral, high-retention ad creatives. - Sound design and basic video editing storytelling skills.
