Mobile Engineer - Flutter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for mobile development with one of the company's flagship mobile applications using cross-platform development tools, specifically focusing on migrating from Xamarin Forms platform to Flutter. Your main task will be to create working iterations with Flutter during sprint cycles to showcase progress and resource needs. This hands-on software development role emphasizes cross-platform development for all custom-developed fin-tech solutions, providing you with an opportunity to work with Flutter and Xamarin Forms. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure sufficient separation of concerns between multiple partner integration business models. - Possess expert level experience with C# and Dart. - Have experience with migration from Xamarin Forms to a Flutter platform, which would make you an ideal candidate. - Transition from Xamarin Forms custom renderers and binding libraries to Flutter counterparts. - Follow software architecture standards to build a highly maintainable app focusing on new business functionality for most new features. - Ensure code quality and inline metrics instrumentation to test, measure, and prove early and critical business hypotheses successfully. - Communicate effectively throughout all stages of development, including understanding written functional requirements, collaborating with other developers, and handling QA and support queries efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Mobile app rating of 4 stars or above with no major technical quality issues. - Develop a mobile app that is reusable across multiple partner integrations and scalable to millions of customers and billions of transactions. - Deploy working software quickly during enhancement cycles in an iterative and customer-oriented fashion with a strong focus on UX. - Develop high-quality software architecture and code following the company's development methodology and software architecture standards. - Experience with major software architecture patterns like MVVM, mobile technology patterns, and general UX design patterns. - Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as .Net, C#, Dart, Flutter, Xamarin Forms, MVVM, ADO, Git, and security technologies like SSL/TLS. - Work with both iOS and Android applications. - Fin-tech experience is preferred, and exposure to core banking, PFM, card management, ODFI, payments, digital wallets, remote check capture, UDAAP is a plus. - Familiarity with DevOps methods and tools, such as agile/scrum, continuous integration, automated configuration management, and data center and cloud automation. - Ability and willingness to learn new technologies as they emerge. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
