Job Description
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager at Uber for Business, you will be leading a dynamic sales team to acquire new customers and drive operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the New Business sales team.
**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and motivating a team of Account Executives, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring high levels of accountability. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and drive commercial success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Hire, coach, and motivate a team of new business Account Executives
- Manage the team to meet sales targets with high productivity expectations
- Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and communicate findings
- Optimize sales operations and address bottlenecks
- Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and exceed revenue targets
- Implement performance management plans and hold the team accountable
- Manage accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieve sales goals monthly, and mentor Account Executives
- Establish effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and represent Uber for Business in industry forums
**Qualifications Required:**
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to implement rigorous sales methodology and data-driven forecasting
- Analytical skills to develop insights based on data
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite
