MERN Stack Developer (AI Agents)

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer at M32 AI, a subsidiary of Wing, you will be part of an agile and fast-moving team dedicated to building agentic AI for SMBs globally. You will have the opportunity to work in a startup-like environment within a corporate structure, allowing you to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role. Key Responsibilities: - Front-End Development: - Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, etc. - Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive UI/UX features and ensure consistent brand/application look and feel. - Optimize web pages for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Back-End Development: - Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies. - Design and maintain databases (SQL or NoSQL) for efficient data storage, retrieval, and scalability. - Integrate model outputs from AI/ML teams using microservices or serverless architectures. - Integration & Collaboration: - Implement third-party integrations to enhance platform capabilities. - Partner with ML/AI Engineers to surface AI-driven insights and automate tasks. - Contribute to system design discussions to ensure cohesive alignment with product requirements. - DevOps & CI/CD: - Assist in setting up continuous integration and delivery pipelines. - Deploy and manage containerized services in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Monitor application health, implement logging, and handle mission-critical issues. - Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: - Work in short, iterative development cycles to prototype new features. - Pivot quickly based on user feedback or product direction changes. - Security & Best Practices: - Follow secure coding guidelines and best practices for input validation, encryption, and access control. - Ensure compliance with data protection policies as required by specific domains. - Working with LLMs: - Collaborate with LLMs to produce qualitative and quantitative evaluations on content. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React or Vue for front-end development. - Strong back-end skills in Node.js, Python, or PHP, with API design experience. - Practical experience integrating AI/LLMs via API into production products. - Database expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, Docker/Kubernetes. - Knowledge of GraphQL and PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony. - Experience with Cursor AI or rapid development tools.
