MDS BU PM Lead

As a Project Manager responsible for project delivery within the AMEA BUs S4o9 transformation program, your key responsibilities will include: - **Project Leadership**: Leading the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - **Stakeholder Management**: Acting as the primary liaison between Regional S4o9 Delivery teams, Global S4o9 workstreams, and partner teams. - **Team Management**: Building effective teams across internal and external partners. - **Reporting**: Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for project deliverables. - **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the project. - **Change Management**: Managing and leading change initiatives within the organization. - **Strategic Thinking**: Aligning projects with organizational goals and adapting to evolving priorities. Qualifications required for this role: - Establishing and running a well-structured program management governance using MDS TGM methodology. - Developing and managing an Integrated Master Project plan on MS Project and JIRA. - Proactively identifying and managing risks, owning risk tracking and reporting through JIRA. - Coordinating and aligning plans with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Driving overall project delivery, meeting project milestones within set timelines. - Working closely with the SAP DevOps team and coordinating information flow. - Tracking scope change control, facilitating KDD development, and ensuring timely delivery. - Partnering with MDS Test Management for test strategies and requirements. - Supporting Regional PMO lead in tracking project execution. - Coordinating end-to-end project delivery lifecycles, including operational readiness. - Coaching and mentoring project managers from other teams. - Providing guidance to project team members on expected project outcomes.
