Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Devise, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms aligning initiatives with business objectives and leveraging EY's business insights. - Methodically track, manage, and report on campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation promptly addressing any deviations from the plan. - Forge strong partnerships with Global Delivery Services, external vendors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve campaign goals. - Employ analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics) to fine-tune campaigns, assess performance, and identify enhancement opportunities. - Produce comprehensive performance reports and insights for executive-level stakeholders to support decision-making. - Provide essential administrative and operational support to the BMC team including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and preparation of decks and presentations. - Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid experience formats such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables targeting the most relevant buyer segments. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred. - Must have a minimum 8-10 years of end-to-end campaign management experience, event management experience, and more than 9 years in B2B marketing preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects. - Must be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools with competence in the use of Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and with authenticity to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance. - High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential with the ability to prioritize effectively.
