Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns including setups, workflows, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Active Campaign for campaign execution.
- Manage and optimize ABM campaigns using platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, and Terminus.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho, and Pipedrive.
- Build and manage segmented lists, lead scoring models, and nurture flows.
- Collaborate with client account managers, content, and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improving open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact.
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Act as the marketing operations partner for 4-5 clients, ensuring coordination across tools and teams.
Qualifications Required:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, email marketing, and ABM campaigns.
- Proficiency in email automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Active Campaign.
- Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, or Terminus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho, and Pipedrive.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
