Job Description
As a Marketing Manager at upGrad Learning Support Centres in Mumbai, you will be responsible for building the brand and driving demand through content, social media, and YouTube. Your role will focus on making upGrad Learning Centres visible, aspirational, and lead-generating across digital and on-ground channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build a youth-first brand identity
- Create content narratives around careers, skills, and outcomes
- Drive Reels-led growth and engagement on social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Scale YouTube as an organic demand engine by creating formats such as career content, student stories, and faculty-led videos
- Convert digital traction into walk-ins and enrolments
- Track leads, CPL, walk-ins, conversions, and work with teams/agencies to ensure fast execution
**Qualifications Required:**
- 47 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech or consumer industry
- Strong expertise in social media and content-led growth
- Experience in developing and executing YouTube strategies
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on high ownership and speed
If you have prior experience in building or scaling a YouTube channel or Instagram page, working with creators/influencers, or exposure to integrated offline and online campaigns, it would be considered a bonus.
