Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the Marketing Growth and Strategy functions at Vertoz, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies, optimizing marketing operations, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. Your expertise in digital and traditional marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and business expansion will be crucial for this leadership role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to establish and strengthen Vertoz's brand presence across B2B channels - Manage corporate branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms - Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and presentations - Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies - Lead performance marketing campaigns across digital, SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email, and offline channels - Oversee demand generation programs to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) - Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize conversion funnels and improve retention - Align marketing strategies with revenue goals by working closely with the sales team - Implement and manage marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms to track campaign performance and customer insights - Develop KPI-driven frameworks for lead scoring, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement - Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing investments and business growth strategies - Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning - Identify speaking opportunities and ensure Vertoz is well-represented at key industry forums - Develop event marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation - Lead and mentor a growing team including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists - Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives - Drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and best practices across marketing functions Qualifications Required: - Experience: 10-15 years in marketing growth strategy or related roles - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing - Exceptional content creation, storytelling, and brand-building skills - Experience in budget management, KPI-driven marketing execution, and revenue growth strategies - Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate across departments - Experience in B2B marketing, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or similar industries is preferred (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.)
