You will be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand copy that engages customers, simplifies complex financial concepts, and drives action across all marketing touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Writing transparent, persuasive copy for campaigns, email, social media, website, and app
- Adapting tone and messaging for different audiences, markets, and product types
- Collaborating with designers and strategists to develop integrated creative concepts
- Translating complex financial information into accessible, engaging content
- Ensuring all copy adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Participating in creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Maintaining consistency in brand voice across all customer communications
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 3-5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising, marketing, or financial services
- A portfolio demonstrating range across channels and formats
- Ability to write for different customer segments and experience levels
- Strong headline and conceptual thinking skills
- Understanding of digital-first content and platform-specific writing
- Experience with regulated copy and compliance review processes beneficial
