You will maintain the Ather brand language while exploring creative opportunities and pushing the brand's limits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create captivating, on-brand visuals for various marketing initiatives. - Adapt design work for print, digital, and other creative platforms. - Collaborate with different teams to execute brand initiatives. - Communicate work-in-progress ideas using prototypes, references, and mood boards. - Participate in brainstorms and pitch finished designs and concepts. - Design presentations for effective communication. - Execute creative solutions for marketing challenges. - Maintain brand language while exploring creative boundaries. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience. - 1-2 years of industry experience in communication design, branding, or graphic design. **Must Have Competencies:** - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals. - Ability to use Apple Keynote for high-impact presentations. - Skills in technical graphic design language for clear communication. **Good to Have Competencies:** - Knowledge of motion design and video editing. - Familiarity with 3D software and creative coding. - Experience in photography and videography. - Understanding of print production processes.
