Job Description
As a Marketing Automation Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance
- Plan, design, and execute large scale marketing automation programs across various channels such as email, SMS, Push, CRM, and web
- Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans based on performance and insights
- Conduct marketing automation vendor assessment
- Assess clients' Campaign/Marketing automation capabilities and provide recommendations for optimization
- Gather business requirements, design processes, and solutions for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
- Provide implementation support for campaign engines such as Adobe and Braze
- Drive business development efforts and demonstrate thought leadership in the marketing automation space
- Lead discovery and design workshops with clients to map marketing processes and deploy marketing processes in client's Workfront or other marketing workflow management system
- Develop project plans, design documents, roadmaps, templates, layouts, reports, and other project artifacts aligning with requirements
- Partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver optimal solutions for clients
- Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end
- Budget projects/engagements for clients and work with middle to senior management levels within organizations
- Shape and drive engagements, lead teams independently, and work effectively in a remote, virtual, global, fast-paced environment
- Contribute to offering development skills to identify growth areas related to specific skills and platforms
- Deliver and execute technical design solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Braze
- Apply technology know-how to enhance how clients reach out to their customers
- Implement MarTech platforms and experience with AdTech platforms, Data visualization platforms, and Cloud Platforms

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience
- Educational Qualification: MBA Full-time / B.Tech/BE
