Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Associate at the company, your main focus will be on generating a consistent, high-quality pipeline of product demo calls from HR leaders and decision-makers across the Americas and India. You will be responsible for owning the full-funnel digital marketing engine, including planning and launching paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, as well as building email nurture sequences to convert cold leads into booked demos. You will collaborate closely with the Visual Designer to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email assets to fuel the company's growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. - Build and manage full-funnel campaign architectures, from awareness to conversion campaigns. - Conduct audience research and create targeted segments for the AMER and India markets, including account-based marketing lists. - Brief the Visual Designer on ad creative requirements and ensure optimization for each platform. - Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. - Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including welcome sequences, drip nurtures, and product announcements. - Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot or Apollo. - Design and optimize high-converting landing pages for various campaigns. - Track lead journey from ad click to deal closed and produce performance reports with insights. - Stay updated on platform changes and digital marketing trends to reallocate budgets accordingly. - Collaborate with teams internally to refine messaging and ensure marketing-sales alignment. **Qualifications Required:** - 24+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. - Proven track record of running paid campaigns with measurable lead generation results. - Strong experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Detail-oriented with a focus on metrics and ROI, making data-driven decisions. This is a results-oriented role that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive lead generation through various channels effectively.
