Marketing and Social Media Executive

You will be responsible for designing and developing self-paced eLearning storyboards, courseware, tutorials, and assessments. You will need to create engaging and interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and similar authoring tools. Additionally, you will be preparing digital instructional materials across formats such as eLearning, microlearning, and mobile learning. It will be your responsibility to translate learning objectives into effective content aligned with adult learning principles for clinical research domains. You will also need to incorporate visuals, animations, videos, and simulations using Adobe Creative Suite. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop self-paced eLearning storyboards, courseware, tutorials, and assessments. - Create engaging and interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and similar authoring tools. - Prepare digital instructional materials across formats such as eLearning, microlearning, and mobile learning. - Translate learning objectives into effective content aligned with adult learning principles for clinical research domains. - Incorporate visuals, animations, videos, and simulations using Adobe Creative Suite. - Test, troubleshoot, and ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility on LMS platforms. - Collaborate with Product teams, SMEs, and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content. - Maintain clear communication of project timelines, updates, and deliverables with seniors and stakeholders. - Write concise instructional scripts, assessments, voiceover scripts, and onscreen text. - Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness and update content based on user feedback. - Prepare and format content for deployment on the Learning Management System. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience. - 2 years of experience in eLearning content development. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency with authoring tools like Storyline 360 and Rise. - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia creation. - Basic LMS understanding (Moodle, TIMS, Alison, or similar) preferred. - Ability to work full-time from the Noida office (WFO).
