Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Analytics Specialist at Trimble Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Demand Generation Teams by defining and implementing a clear vision for the team's analytics framework. Your responsibilities will include building the technical foundation to support Marketing and Publishing initiatives, optimizing processes, and aligning data strategies with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Define, develop, and implement the technical foundation and analytics framework for Marketing and Publishing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing processes, and aligning data strategies. - Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition campaigns and publishing strategies. - Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to implement data collection strategies from various sources like digital ad platforms, e-commerce, and marketing automation. - Develop and maintain data models and dashboards for organizing and visualizing marketing data to provide actionable insights. - Conduct detailed analysis of user acquisition campaigns through cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and A/B testing to identify trends and optimization opportunities. - Perform data modeling for predicting and analyzing Lifetime Value (LTV). - Provide guidance and training to junior analysts to foster a data-driven decision-making culture. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics. Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, focusing on customer acquisition in B2B and B2C industries. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. - Proficiency in developing visually compelling dashboards within Domo to track key KPIs. - Ability to translate complex marketing data into actionable insights through data visualization. - Experience in customizing Domo cards and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs. - Familiarity with data governance and ensuring data accuracy within Domo dashboards. - Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools like Domo, Salesforce, or Looker. - Understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
