As the Marketing Analytics Manager at Sirion, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing reporting, analytics, and performance insights across the global marketing organization. Your strategic mindset and expertise in analytics will enable you to not only create dashboards but also provide valuable insights to shape marketing decisions.
**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for owning marketing performance and insights, leading reporting and analytics strategy, analyzing funnel, pipeline, and revenue, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and enhancing marketing technology and data enablement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the single owner of marketing analytics and reporting, translating leadership objectives into actionable analyses.
- Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and BI tools.
- Analyze the lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-revenue funnel, measuring marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with various marketing leaders to guide performance optimization and collaborate with Sales Ops for alignment.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and expertise in Tableau for building executive-ready dashboards.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics, ability to analyze complex data, and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling skills, attention to detail, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
