Manager Workday Finance GCC Advisory Gurugram

As a Manager in Workday Programme Management at PwC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the configuration and implementation of all Finance modules such as Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses. - Collaborating with Finance teams to automate financial transactions and compliance processes. - Configuring Record to Report (R2R) cycles and managing Accounting Center setups. - Designing financial reporting and consolidation frameworks in Workday. - Managing financial security settings and audit requirements. - Ensuring integration of financial data with other enterprise systems. - Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities within Workday. - Optimizing business processes for procurement, expenses, and asset management. - Training finance teams on Workday Finance modules and reporting tools. - Staying updated on financial regulations affecting Workday Finance systems. You are required to have: - Experience in multiple Workday implementations - Knowledge of project methodologies like Agile/Scrum - Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or Integrations Preferred skill sets include certification and demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday. The job requires a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, with an overall experience range of 2-7 years. Your education qualification should include work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred, B.E/B.Tech + MBA, and ERP Implementation Experience.
