Job Description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing specifications in tenders with major industry influencers such as Consultants, Architects, Developers, Institutions, and Industry professionals. Your responsibilities will include getting "TIKIDAN" approved in sectors where necessary and effectively coordinating prospects with the sales force to ensure high conversion rates to business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of specification selling, including writing specifications and achieving specification targets and product approvals with Consultants, Architects, Developers, Institutions, and Industry Key Accounts.
- Identify and analyze Specification & Brand Approval opportunities from short-term and midterm perspectives.
- Build a relevant database of contacts by identifying consultant and architect offices working on mega projects through databases, personal contacts, etc.
- Present the full range of TIKIDAN products and solutions through personal presentations to increase the probability of callbacks during project design. Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Maintain a project pipeline overview using appropriate tracking tools to facilitate an easier overview and reporting process of key data for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor specifications effectively and hand them over to the sales team, working closely with them to convert specifications into sales.
- Continuously enhance market intelligence, update customer and competitor data, and report systematically on them.
- Promote industry awareness of TIKIDAN Solutions in construction at fairs, conventions, and industry forums where architects and engineers participate. Conduct branding and product promotion through seminars and technical presentations.
- Possess technical know-how about products and systems, along with experience in driving specifications and vendor/make approvals.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in specification selling and vendor/make approvals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and product approvals.
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and market dynamics.
- Technical expertise in products and systems related to the industry.
