Job Description
As a Sales Marketing Manager at Nexzu Mobility Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving demand generation, marketing execution, and sales enablement. Your primary focus will be on B2B marketing while also building scalable capabilities for B2C and dealer/distributor channels. You will be working in a cost-conscious, ROI-driven environment closely aligned with sales and business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership**
- Own end-to-end lead generation and funnel performance in coordination with the Sales team.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns focusing on lead quality, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using structured metrics and dashboards.
- Implement AI-enabled tools to enhance marketing workflows and improve effectiveness.
- **B2B Marketing**
- Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives for fleet operators, corporate, and institutional customers.
- Provide sales support through marketing materials, campaign support, and case studies.
- **Channel Expansion Support (B2C & Dealer)**
- Drive direct consumer and online sales initiatives.
- Develop marketing tools and frameworks for dealer/distributor channels.
- **Brand Visibility & Market Presence**
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, roadshows, and market activations.
- Ensure clear messaging aligned with Nexzus product portfolio.
- **Agency & Budget Management**
- Manage the digital marketing agency and marketing budgets effectively.
- Optimize spend across channels regularly.
- **Team Development**
- Build and manage a small in-house marketing team.
- Set priorities and oversee performance of internal resources.
- **Reporting & Governance**
- Present marketing plans, updates, and insights to management.
- Ensure marketing alignment with product availability and go-to-market plans.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or General Management preferred.
- 68 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, mobility, or B2B environments.
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, analytics, and agency management.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Strong executor with a commercial mindset.
- Comfortable in lean, growth-oriented organizations.
- Data-driven, disciplined, and outcome-focused.
- Willing to travel PAN India as required.
