Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading and scaling corporate mobility operations, particularly in Employee Transportation Services (ETS). Your role will involve building and executing growth strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a growth strategy for NCR, focusing on tech parks, industrial clusters, and GCC hubs.
- Lead RFPs/RFQs, route-level pricing, and margin governance to drive profitable growth.
- Ensure end-to-end operational excellence with over 99% on-time performance and zero critical failures.
- Establish a strong fleet vendor ecosystem aligned with safety and compliance standards.
- Guarantee 100% GPS compliance and safety protocols, including female safety.
- Manage client relationships, implement structured governance, and enhance retention rates.
- Lead a team of ETS coordinators, promoting execution discipline and accountability.
Qualifications Required:
- 1015 years of experience in the mobility/corporate transport industry, with a minimum of 510 years specifically in ETS.
- Proven experience in corporate employee transportation services with exposure to 24x7 operations.
- Strong P&L ownership, operational and commercial acumen.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, route planning, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in sales and operations leadership, driving growth and service excellence.
- Ability to implement system-led operations, data-driven reporting, and SLA governance. Role Overview:
