Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving digital programs and campaigns for products with limited or no online journeys, such as LAS, LAMF, Mirae Asset Sharekhan Education, and Life Insurance. Your role will involve planning, strategizing, and executing digital campaigns targeted at cross-selling and up-selling to relevant client segments. Collaboration with product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams will be essential to design and implement targeted digital campaigns and integrate them with the lead management system for closure. Monitoring campaign performance metrics and optimizing for better outcomes will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that all campaigns align with brand, compliance, and regulatory guidelines is crucial, as well as leveraging automation tools and analytics to personalize client communication and improve campaign efficiency. Additionally, you will need to identify new opportunities to digitally position offline products and enhance their customer reach.
