Role Overview:
Working as the Manager Non-US Commercialization Decision Intelligence & KDA Solutions at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will have the opportunity to be part of uniquely interesting work that impacts the lives of patients and transforms careers. You will lead a team in delivering AI-enabled analytical solutions to support Ex-US Commercialization, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Your role will involve partnering with stakeholders, designing impactful deliverables, and guiding omnichannel strategies to drive commercial insights. Additionally, you will be responsible for team leadership, technical oversight, and governance to ensure sustainable delivery and high team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the team to deliver AI-enabled analytical solutions within agreed timelines and budgets, applying advanced analytics, decision science, and AI/ML techniques.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, scope analytical solutions, and manage competing business demands.
- Lead analytics supporting omnichannel strategies across personal and non-personal promotion, including measurement frameworks and experimental design.
- Manage, mentor, and develop individual contributors, prioritize workload planning, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
- Oversee technical tasks performed by the analytics team, coordinate with data engineering teams, and ensure analytical outputs are well-documented and compliant with governance standards.
Qualifications Required:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred, with a focus on life/physical sciences, applied sciences, or engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or advanced analytics, with expertise in driving MMx projects.
- Proven track record in building and delivering MMx models in the Non-US market, operationalizing LLMs for commercial use cases, and embedding AI analytics platforms into workflows.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical data, AI governance, cloud analytics platforms, and regulatory standards.
- Mastery of programming and data science tools, machine learning frameworks, and experience with CRM and omnichannel metrics.
- Exposure to Non-US markets is a plus.
