Manager - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO/Healthcare

You will be joining an international Healthcare BPO as a business finance professional with expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the analytical engine of the Finance team to provide insights and support optimal business decision-making. - Review RFP's/RFI's, prepare and review responses, build business cases, develop pricing for deals, vet contracts/agreements from a financial perspective, and participate in contract negotiations with clients. - Coordinate with various departments such as Legal, Technology, Operations, Sales/Marketing, CQA, BI, and others as per deal requirements. - Assess the financial viability of business opportunities and provide recommendations to Senior Management on strategic decisions. - Independently handle Financial Planning and forecasting exercises, analyze and report trends and variances. - Conduct financial review meetings with business groups, monitor business performance monthly, highlight deviations from the plan, work with business managers for cost management, and identify key business levers for growth and profitability. - Manage the implementation of BI tools and SAP Business Planning module as Functional SME. - Drive Process management initiatives as a team member representing the Finance department. Qualifications: - CA/MBA (Finance) Primary Skills: - Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to perform well under pressure. - Excellent comprehension and fluency in both written and verbal communication. - Proficient in MS Excel, Databases, SAP, and BPC tools. - Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models. Secondary Skills: - Experience in SAP BPC/HYPERION implementation and/or budgeting & planning. - Working knowledge of ERP environment, preferably SAP. - Prior experience in the Finance function within the IT/ITES Industry. - Automation skills.
