About Chakrasutra
Chakrasutra is a wellness-focused organization working with corporates and individuals through team building programs, leadership workshops, corporate wellness initiatives, and wellness retreats. Our work blends experiential learning, mindfulness, and personal development to create meaningful transformation in organizations and individuals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Manager who will work closely with the Founder and support the day-to-day operations, client coordination, workshop management, and outreach activities of Chakrasutra.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and wants to be closely involved in building a growing wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Founders Office & Operations
- Work closely with the Founder to manage daily operational activities
- Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Handle day-to-day emails and communication
Client & Corporate Outreach
- Reach out to existing clients and maintain strong relationships
- Connect with HR teams on LinkedIn and share company introduction and offerings
- Call corporates and set up meetings and presentations
Workshop & Program Management
- Attend all workshops, training programs, and retreats
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of sessions
- Manage logistics and on-ground workshop requirements
Social Media & Communication
- Post content provided by the team on Instagram
- Coordinate with agencies for content creation and digital activities
- Support LinkedIn outreach and corporate communication
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners
- Support recruitment of team members as required
- Ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, Instagram posting, and corporate communication
- Create program presentations.
- Ability to multitask and work closely with leadership
- Interest in wellness, leadership development, or corporate training is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of work experience in operations, client coordination, or founders office roles
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup environment
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate
