Role Overview:
As a Manager / Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing & Website at Movate, you will be responsible for owning and scaling the digital marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, accelerating demand generation, and supporting revenue growth. Your role will involve a mix of strategy, execution, analytics, content-led growth, paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, ABM, and AI-enabled marketing operations. Additionally, you will need a solid understanding of website ecosystems, CMS platforms, and web/server architecture to ensure optimal website performance, scalability, security, and conversion effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop digital plans for key service lines, target industries, geographies, and strategic accounts.
- Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel demand generation programs.
- Develop and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for named accounts and buying groups.
- Lead global paid digital programs across various platforms to optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage website infrastructure, including WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, Unbounce, and Instapage.
- Own SEO strategy, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, backlink support, and organic growth.
- Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance, attribution, engagement, and ROI.
- Strengthen Movate's digital brand presence and ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across digital touchpoints.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, with significant exposure to B2B IT services.
- Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Marketing, or SEO tools are preferred.
