About the Role:
You have the opportunity to join Wolters Kluwer as a Manager of Analytics & Insights for Sales Performance Management in the newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE. Your role will involve supporting 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. You will collaborate with various Divisions & Business Units as well as the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage dashboards in Xactly and/or external tools
- Present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders using Xactly
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes with data-driven recommendations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities using Xactly Modules & Apps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align Xactly analytics with business objectives
- Lead initiatives to enhance analytics & insights processes and tools (Xactly)
- Support deployment of Xactly analytics solutions and other BI tools
- Train team members and stakeholders on Xactly analytics tools & methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support Incentive compensation management
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
- Communicate complex data visually for stakeholders
- Oversee performance of Sales Incentive Plans and SPIFF programs
- Support compliance with Internal Controls team for data-related requirements
- Provide ad hoc insights for plan design reviews and post-mortems
- Support and/or develop data-driven Incentive compensation strategies
- Provide Xactly administration support as needed
Skills & Experiences:
- 5+ years relevant experience with Sales Compensation Analytics
- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field
- Xactly Certification(s) or ability to obtain after onboarding
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing incentive compensation related disputes & inquiries
- Proven experience identifying root causes of common challenges and delivering improvements
- Ability to think strategically while considering tactical implications
- Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and advanced SQL
- Experience establishing data governance practices for insightful analytics
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Xactly Reporting
- Certifications from other ICM systems (i.e. Varicent, SAP-Callidus)
- Certification(s) in Analytics systems (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
- Experience with ETL tools (i.e., Informatica) for data automation & transformation About the Role:
