Manager - Accounts & Finance

As a Financial Controller, your role will involve various responsibilities in financial accounting, reporting, SAP FICO management, budgeting, cost control, taxation, compliance, management reporting, financial controls, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards such as IND AS, Companies Act, etc. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure timely closure of books. - Manage and optimize the SAP FICO module for seamless finance and cost control operations. - Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and report findings to senior management. - Handle GST, TDS, and corporate tax matters ensuring accurate filing and compliance. - Develop MIS reports and dashboards for insightful financial analysis. - Implement internal control measures to mitigate risks and ensure process efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SAP FICO module and related financial operations. - Deep understanding of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS preferable). - Hands-on experience in preparing reports for listed companies (BSE/NSE). - Expertise in taxation and statutory compliance. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
