Role Overview:
As a member of the team at Comcast, you will play a crucial role in facilitating inter-team collaboration, assisting in onboarding new marketers, and managing various project management, operations, and administrative tasks. Your contributions will significantly enhance operational efficiency, enabling the team to connect with the target audience and drive the organization's mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the campaign lead to assist in planning, coordinating, allocating resources, and executing marketing projects to ensure alignment with goals and timely delivery.
- Partner with the creative team to manage the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are fulfilled, and facilitate timely reviews and approvals while maintaining communication with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Aid in onboarding new team members, offering resources and guidance to help integrate them into the team culture and processes.
- Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure the timely completion of critical tasks. Collaborate with the finance team to assist with budget tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities (related to positions related to Adobe Campaign Manager):
1. Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Utilize data to segment audiences for targeted messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
2. Email Marketing Specialist:
- Create and manage email campaigns, including design and content.
- Implement A/B tests to optimize email performance.
- Maintain and update email lists, ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Data Analyst:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the campaign system.
- Analyze customer data to provide insights for campaign strategies.
- Create regular reports on campaign performance and customer behavior.
4. Technical Consultant:
- Assist in setting up and configuring Adobe Campaign for clients.
- Help integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing tools and databases.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to campaign execution.
5. Creative Director:
- Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Guide and mentor the creative team throughout the campaign process.
6. Project Manager:
- Oversee the timeline and deliverables for marketing campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience using Adobe Campaign and AJO preferred; experience of AEM would be useful.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and tag management platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing best practices and privacy regulations.
- Strong technical, written, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships.
