- Assist in the implementation and integration of new managed service clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and standards.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members.
