**Role Overview:**
As a Tier 3 Support Engineer at IncubXperts, you will be an integral part of the engineering and maintenance team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage real-time production issues for enterprise-grade applications, ensuring system health, incident triaging, and prompt resolutions. Additionally, you will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the API integration framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **System Monitoring & Incident Detection:**
- Monitor system health using dashboards, alerts, and logs in Azure Cloud environments.
- Utilize tools like Azure App Insights and Redgate SQL Monitor for proactive issue detection.
- Track and triage incoming tickets, especially Critical or Sev 1 incidents reported by clients.
- **Incident Management & Resolution:**
- Conduct initial triage and root cause analysis, escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Declare and manage Severity 1 or Severity 2 incidents, initiating War Room procedures.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams for validation and resolution.
- Ensure thorough documentation of incident timelines, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Propose and implement enhancements in alerting, monitoring, and escalation workflows.
- Identify recurring patterns to suggest preventive solutions.
- Participate in performance reviews and operational excellence responsibilities.
- Contribute to API integrations updates, bug fixing, and validation testing.
**Qualifications Required:**
**Mandatory Skills & Experience:**
- 6-10 years of experience in Production/Application Support roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proficient in incident management processes and escalation handling.
**Technical Proficiency:**
- Strong SQL skills for query optimization and data debugging.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET applications, Azure Cloud Services, Azure App Insights, and SQL Monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Azure Network configuration and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Exposure to API debugging, middleware technologies, and cloud networking fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**
- Experience with log analysis tools and alerting systems.
- Understanding of software development and QA processes.
- Previous work in a software product organization or managed services environment.
- US B1/2 visa (for senior role).
- Scrum agile certified.
