Job Description

As a Logistics & Admin Coordinator at TheGAW Industries, your role will involve managing international shipping and local operations using analytical skills to drive shipping, procurement, and administration decisions. You will be responsible for effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The position is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities: - Arranging international Shipping - Managing local purchase and admin requirements - Coordination with shipping agents and relevant stakeholders - Pricing negotiations with carriers and agents - Purchase Orders and Purchasing skills - Strong analytical skills in the procurement domain - Effective communication and Estimation skills - Experience in procurement processes and supply chain management - Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing international shipping and local purchase operations - Strong negotiation skills with shipping agents and carriers - Proficiency in Purchase Orders and procurement processes - Excellent analytical and estimation skills - Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics will be an added advantage As a Logistics & Admin Coordinator at TheGAW Industries, your role will involve managing international shipping and local operations using analytical skills to drive shipping, procurement, and administration decisions.
